Men's Medical Aesthetics, Beauty Medica
Look the Way You Feel in the Room.
The right treatment, placed correctly, closes the gap between how you feel and how you look. No obvious work. No drama. Results people notice without knowing why.

The Foundation
Masculine Outcomes Require Masculine Thinking.
Most aesthetic practices are built around women's anatomy and aesthetic goals. The dosing, placement strategies, and product selection delivering beautiful feminine results produce completely different outcomes on masculine structure. At Beauty Medica, men's treatment plans are designed from first principles: what does a stronger jawline look like on your face? What amount of neuromodulator keeps you rested without removing the weight and character your expressions carry? What does age-appropriate restoration look like on your face and your timeline? Your clinician answers these questions based on anatomy and clinical experience, not by mirroring a women's protocol.
How Men Usually Start
Different Goals. One Approach.
Men's aesthetic plans have no standard template. The right plan shifts based on what you want to improve, how much change feels right, and what reads masculine on your face.
First Visit, Not Sure
For men who know something looks different but want a clear first step before deciding on treatment names.
Lines
For forehead lines, brow tension, crow's feet, jaw tension, or a stern expression.
Jawline & Profile
For men who want a stronger profile, cleaner jawline, or more support through the lower face.
Existing Patients
For maintenance, follow-up, and the next step in a plan already underway.
Treatment Types
Treatment Types, Applied for Masculine Goals.
Beauty Medica uses the same underlying treatment logic for men as for the rest of the practice. What changes is selection, dose, placement, sequencing, and whether the goal is structural, functional, skin-first, or refinement-driven.
Neuromodulators
Forehead lines, brow heaviness, TMJ, and hyperhidrosis addressed with male-specific dosing, placement, and treatment planning.
HA Fillers
Jawline definition, chin support, under-eye hollowing, and selected mouth-area support when perioral aging is the issue.
Radiesse
A distinct structural option when lower-face support and stronger contour are part of the goal.
Laser
Razor bumps, ingrown hairs, pigment, and resurfacing when device-based correction is the right tool.
Skin Quality
Clear + Brilliant, medical-grade chemical peels, injectable skin hydration, and clinical skin work for tone, texture, dullness, and long-term maintenance.
Threads
Used selectively when descent is truly part of the problem, not as a catch-all lower-face answer.
Shared Graph Entry Points
Use the Same Core Nodes Through a Masculine Lens
Structure
Jawline and chin routes
When masculine structure or lower-face support is the goal, these shared pages keep the logic specific.
Mouth area
Lip and perioral planning
For men, this usually means lines, support, definition, and a cleaner read in motion rather than asking for one lip filler.
Skin quality
Resurfacing and maintenance
Use the shared skin-quality graph when tone, texture, or resurfacing is what will move the needle most.

Often Overlooked
For Men, the Mouth Area Matters More Than Lip Volume
For men, this is rarely about fuller lips. It is more often upper-lip lines, a less defined lip border, a flatter mouth area, or corners of the mouth that make the face look older than the rest of it. Men do get lip treatment at Beauty Medica, but the goal is usually hydration, support, or a cleaner mouth-area read rather than visible fullness. Elena thinks in three zones here: the lip body, the border, and the surrounding mouth area. Botox can lead when movement is the issue. Peel or laser can lead when the surface is the issue. Filler is used only where true support loss or flattening is present, and the softer lip-body filler conversation is not the same as Radiesse or Voluma in chin and jawline structure.
- Start with Botox when movement is driving vertical lip lines
- Use a softer lip-body filler only when true thinning or flattening is present
- Use different products or amounts when the lip body, border, and mouth area need different things
- Keep Radiesse and Voluma in the chin and jawline structure conversation
- Use peel or laser when surface change is the real issue
- Reserve visible volume for the patients who actually need it
Common Starting Routes
The Concerns Men Most Often Start With.
Once the goal is clear, these guided paths sort whether neuromodulators, structure, skin, or phased planning should lead.
Lines
For forehead lines, brow heaviness, crow's feet, jaw tension, or expression tension.
Open This PathJawline & Profile
For weaker chin support, a softer profile, under-eye hollowing, or a jawline that lost edge.
Open This PathPigment & Texture
For razor bumps, sun damage, uneven tone, or skin quality that is aging the face faster than structure alone.
Open This PathFace, Neck & Hands
When jaw, neck, and broader aging changes need one sequenced plan instead of isolated fixes.
Open This PathIf Your Main Concern Is...
Most men do not need a full-face plan on day one. This is where your clinician usually starts the conversation.
| What You Notice | What Your Clinician Evaluates | Where the Conversation Usually Starts |
|---|---|---|
| Forehead lines, brow heaviness, facial tension, or jaw tension | Whether the issue is movement-driven, how strong the pattern is, and how much softening still looks natural on your face. | [Lines →](/treatments/paths/lines/) |
| The mouth area looks more lined, flatter, or older than the rest of your face | Whether the issue is movement, etched skin above the lip, border loss, mouth-corner pull, or true support loss, and whether Botox, skin resurfacing, or a zone-specific filler plan should lead. | [Neuromodulators →](/treatments/neuromodulators/), [HA Fillers →](/treatments/hyaluronic-acid-fillers/), or [Skin Quality →](/treatments/skin-rejuvenation/) |
| Softer jawline, weaker chin support, or profile changes | Where structure needs support, whether descent is involved, and whether filler or a broader phased plan should lead. | [Jawline & Profile →](/treatments/paths/jawline-and-support-loss/) |
| Razor bumps, pigment, or rough skin | Skin type, device fit, inflammation, and whether laser or skin-first support is the safer first move. | [Pigment & Texture →](/treatments/paths/pigment-texture/) |
| Jaw, neck, and broader aging changes happening together | How multiple zones are interacting and which area should lead to keep the final result coherent. | [Face, Neck & Hands →](/treatments/paths/face-neck-hands/) |

Men Ask. Here Are Real Answers.
Will people know I've had something done?
Not when done correctly. Male treatment plans are calibrated for outcomes reading as rested and sharp, not obvious procedures. The goal is always to look like the best version of yourself, not someone who has had work done.
Will I look less masculine?
No. Masculine outcomes require different placement, dosing, and contour strategy than feminizing work. Our approach explicitly preserves and often enhances masculine structure.
Is this only for older men?
Not at all. Some men start with prevention, some with structure, some with skin, and some with functional concerns like TMJ or sweating. The right time to start is when it makes sense for your goals.
What about TMJ or hyperhidrosis?
They use the same product, Botox, but address functional concerns such as jaw tension and excessive sweating with real daily impact. The aesthetic benefit is often a secondary advantage. Many men find these among the most impactful treatments in their plan.
How do I start without it feeling awkward?
Start with a consultation. No commitment, no pressure, and no awkwardness. A practical conversation about your goals. Beauty Medica has served patients of all backgrounds with direct, respectful care.
What about laser for darker skin tones?
Absolutely possible with the right device and the right calibration for your skin type. Your clinician assesses your Fitzpatrick classification and designs a protocol for safe, effective outcomes.
